Josiah-Lake Gardiner, a boutique family law firm based in London, specialises in supporting HNW individuals with sensitive family law matters. Their expertise encompasses divorce, child arrangements, and pre-nuptial agreements, where trust, confidentiality, and professionalism are paramount. Despite their exemplary service, the firm’s dated website no longer aligned with their modern capabilities or met the expectations of their sophisticated clientele.

Recognising the need for a digital transformation, Josiah-Lake Gardiner sought to create an online presence that would reflect their expertise, inspire client confidence, and streamline their processes.

The primary goal of the project was to redesign the firm’s website to align with both the practical needs of today’s users and the firm’s reputation for handling delicate matters with care and discretion. Key areas of focus included creating a website that was SEO-friendly to attract organic traffic, establishing clear and strategically placed call-to-actions for seamless lead conversion, and ensuring an overall design that cultivated trust among their target audience.

An additional objective was to integrate new website features that reflected modern client expectations. Notably, this included developing a ‘pay online’ function to simplify and safeguard the payment process. The website had to be intuitive and functional across all devices and completed within an ambitious eight-week timeframe.

Our team collaborated closely with Josiah-Lake Gardiner to deliver a full website redesign in just eight weeks. The new site was built on WordPress with Advanced Custom Fields, ensuring it was flexible, scalable, and easy for the firm to manage and update.

We conducted an in-depth audit of the existing platform, then developed an SEO-focused content architecture and clean, approachable design that inspires trust. Key call-to-actions were strategically placed to boost enquiries, while trust-builders like testimonials and case examples reinforced the firm’s authority.

To further enhance client experience, we added a secure ‘pay online’ feature, making payment effortless and convenient for users. The result is a modern, high-performing website that positions Josiah-Lake Gardiner as the trusted choice for family law services.
