With an ambitious vision for growth and a focus on scaling their operations, Portico sought solutions to expand their lead generation efforts and capture investor interest from both domestic and international markets.
The initial objective for Portico Invest was clear – generate a minimum of 300 high-quality leads per month to fuel their growing pipeline of investor opportunities. Beyond this, the company aimed to scale aggressively, setting its sights on exceeding 500 leads per month. These leads had to be a blend of local and international prospects, reflecting Portico’s strategy to expand its presence in over 15 key markets, including the UK, UAE, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Portico chose to partner with MagnifyLab to achieve this ambitious growth based on experience within the property sector. A key deliverable was to design a scalable, results-oriented digital strategy tailored to their target audience of investors.
A thorough audit of their existing infrastructure highlighted the need for new landing pages optimised for conversions, as well as advanced Search and Performance Max (Pmax) campaigns to capture investor interest across geographically diverse regions.
Seamless lead management and tracking were also critical, prompting the integration of Hubspot CRM to streamline their processes and harness valuable data insights.
To achieve Portico’s goals, we crafted a multi-phase strategy focused on precision, scalability, and measurable results.
A series of high-converting landing pages were developed to cater specifically to investor needs, with clear messaging, compelling visuals, and strong calls to action. Designed with speed and mobile-first functionality in mind, these pages maximised visual assets and promoted seamless user journeys from initial click to lead submission.
Leveraging the use of both Search and Pmax campaigns, we strategically targeted investors in the UK and 15 international geographies, including high-priority markets such as the UAE, Hong Kong, and Singapore. We combined precise keyword targeting with high quality creatives to address the unique motivations and pain points of various investor groups.
Hubspot was integrated to manage lead tracking, reporting, and nurturing. This included setting up workflows for seamless integration between marketing efforts and sales follow-ups. By closely monitoring customer data and online behaviour, Portico gained invaluable insights to refine touch points and optimise their campaigns further.
The results were both immediate and scalable. Within the first phase of implementation, Portico achieved their goal of generating 300 leads per month. Buoyed by the success, we doubled down on our efforts, refining campaigns and strategies, allowing Portico to scale to over 500 leads per month while maintaining lead quality.
