Last Minute Plumbing came to us with a common frustration: their Google Ads weren’t pulling their weight. Despite providing reliable emergency services, they were struggling with low enquiry volumes and an expensive cost per lead. Their existing campaigns, managed by a previous agency, often attracted “tyre kickers” people browsing for the lowest possible price rather than the immediate, expert help the business provides.

Brief

The client tasked us with rebuilding their Google Ads campaigns from scratch, implementing a completely new search strategy to replace the previous underperforming approach. Central to this project was the development of a high-performing landing page built to turn clicks into confirmed jobs.

Knowing that most of their traffic comes from people on their mobiles, usually in the middle of a plumbing crisis etc. the goal was to build the new site to be mobile-first from the ground up.
